Many questions have been asked as to what division athletes should compete in. Below are the minimum movements. Take a look and be ready for Early Registration went it opens on August 30th. (August 27th for Past competitors)

ELITE:
Any movement/load/gymnastics that has been tested at the Regional level, be prepared for ANYTHING. 

RX Men/Women:

  • Kettlebell swings 70/53
  • Box jumps 30″/24″
  • Thrusters 135/95
  • Toes to bar
  • Chest to bar pull-ups
  • Double Unders
  • Shoulder to overhead 165/115
  • Snatch 135/95

SCALED Men/Women:

  • Kettlebell swings 53/35
  • Thrusters 95/55
  • Chin over bar pull-ups (may be scaled)*
  • Shoulder to overhead 115/65
  • Snatch 95/55

*additional scaling of the pull-ups will place that athlete lower than athletes who do not scale.
